1. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, misprinted or defective product:

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  
• Share a full unboxing video, photos of the issue, and images of the packaging.
  

Without an unboxing video, we may not be able to approve a replacement.

2. Wrong Size or Non-Defective Returns

If you ordered the wrong size or wish to exchange a non-defective product:

• This is not eligible for a free return.
  
• You can place a new order in the correct size.

3. Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order is lost in transit:

• We will issue a refund or replacement once the courier confirms the loss.
  

If your order isn’t attempted for delivery within:

• 15 days (Air) or
  
• 20 days (Surface),
  

We will re-ship your order or process a refund.

4. Color Variation

Colors on printed products may differ slightly from what you see on your screen due to digital printing methods.

Minor color variations are normal and not eligible for returns.

5. Size Tolerance

A small size variation of ±0.5 inches is normal for apparel and is not considered a defect.
